What is the production time?

For products purchased directly through our online store, production takes 2-3 weeks from order placement and final artwork approval. Custom orders may take longer, and we’ll provide a delivery timeline before starting work to ensure timely arrival. Need it faster? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do you create the panels?

We use an in-house vinyl cutter for the “vinyl cut” option. For designs with multiple colors, textures, or images, we digitally print onto specialized backlit vinyl.

How are the lightboxes shipped?

We ship using reliable couriers. Shipping time and cost vary by lightbox size. Check the “Shipping” section at the website footer for details.

Can your lightboxes be used outdoors?

Yes, we offer a range of outdoor-ready lightboxes. These are IP-rated and made with weather-resistant materials.

What lighting is used in the lightboxes?

All lightboxes feature 12V LED systems. Options include RGB and warm white colors. We use top-quality modules with a 5-year warranty for lasting performance.

Can I update the design on my lightbox?

Absolutely! We know menus change, brands evolve, or you might want a refresh. Most of our lightboxes allow panels to slide in and out easily—check the product description. Extra panels are available in the “Extras” section.

Do you offer refunds?

  • We aim for your satisfaction, but refunds aren’t available. Exceptions apply if the lightbox arrives damaged—notify us immediately upon delivery. For defects, request an exchange via email within 14 days of dispatch.

  • We provide a print proof before processing. Raise design concerns at this stage, as changes can’t be made after approval. Thank you!
